This plugin creates a Windows Internet Explorer toolbar that allows both the addition of torrents to a remote Azureus instance and control of the torrents.
It uses the xml-http plugin to communicate with Azureus.
The plugin must be manually installed - download, unzip the contents and follow the instructions in "readme.txt" file in the plugin folder.
